About this product
Some food is too delicate to turn piece by piece: whole fish, sliced vegetables, prawns, thin cuts of meat. In this basket it all turns over at once, without leaving half of it stuck to the grill.
It is made by hand from food-grade stainless steel. The frame is 5 mm wire, the mesh is 3 mm wire fixed firmly in place, and a 6 mm handle wire runs along the back for extra strength. The mesh is fine enough that small pieces don't fall through, and the long solid wood handle keeps your hand well away from the heat.
At 40 × 30 cm it is the same mesh we pair with our portable charcoal grills, and it works over any charcoal or wood fire.

Care
Wash in warm, soapy water and dry. Keep the wooden handle out of the dishwasher.
